The ULB Ultra Light Blocker can be used with your Ultra Series unit to block excess light spilling through the Ultra head’s air vents. Fitting over the Ultra head, the Light Blocker easily slips on the unit below your reflector to cover the air vents, and prevent light from escaping. The Light Blocker may be used with the standard 7FR/P 7-inch Reflector, the UBR Background Reflector, the USK Spill Kill Reflector, the 22R Pan Reflector, and the 11R 11-inch Reflector, or used alone on an Ultra Series unit (when used alone however, the Light Blocker blocker may not clamp down as tightly).

To install the Light Blocker, you will need to remove the reflector (if you have one in place). You will simply place the Light Blocker on the Ultra unit, over the front faceplate, then attach your reflector normally. The bottom edges of the reflector will fit in the space between the Light Blocker and the reflector clamps. When tightened, the clamps will grasp the reflector’s bottom edge, securing it and the Light Blocker in place.

Note: The Ultra Light Blocker should not be used with the Ultra Cooling Fan
